"Yarrum Glen" is located in Widgee, west of Gympie, in highly regarded cattle fattening country with top quality improved pasture and approximately 1,000mm (40") rainfall per annum.

LOCATION: "Yarrum Glen" is positioned 27km west of Gympie in the Widgee area, with bitumen road access both from Gympie and to the Wide Bay Highway to the north.
AREA: 227.21 hectares (561.21 acres) in two freehold titles. The property has a mix of lower flats running back into higher hill country, with quality brown loam soil and an area of scrub soil.
HOMESTEAD: Solid timber home with three bedrooms (two with toilets and vanity), main bathroom, kitchen/dining area, lounge, large covered outdoor area and timber deck area. Outside there is an inground swimming pool, landscaped gardens, large shade trees and double carport.
